The City of Manchester is reminding residents about holiday and garbage recycling:
When your recycling/garbage day falls on a holiday, your items will be picked up the day immediately following the holiday.
- Garbage pickup for Thursday, November 25 is rescheduled to Friday, November 26. This is a garbage only pick up day.
- Garbage pickup for Thursday, December 23 will NOT change. This is a garbage only pick up day.
- Garbage pickup for Thursday, December 30 will NOT change. This is a garbage and recycling pick up day.
Recycling & garbage must be to the curb by 7 am. The hauler will not return to pick up late set-outs. Residents can dispose of cardboard only at 404 S 3rd Street, or residents may take larger items/extra garbage to the Kluesner Transfer Station located at 2372 180th Ave, Manchester, Monday-Friday, 7 am – 3 pm.
