SRC Holdings Announces General Manager, Leadership Promotions


SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): SRC Holdings Corp., a leading North American remanufacturer and supply chain provider for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and aftermarket suppliers, announces general manager and leadership promotions at Ceramex North America (Ceramex), effective October 1, 2024. These promotions support Ceramex’s growth plans and mission of providing sustainable and cost-effective emission systems solutions to OEMs. 

Mike Wilson, Controller, has been promoted to General Manager of Ceramex North America. Mike joined Ceramex in 2022, bringing 7 years of experience as an accountant with Hagan, Tucker, Schmitt & Gintz CPAs. Mike has played in an instrumental leadership role at Ceramex in a revamp of its warehouse, an ERP implementation, and as a culture committee leader and design team member for Ceramex’s Great Game of Business (GGOB) relaunch. Mike holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Missouri State University and will begin his GGOB Internal Coach Certificate this fall. “I am very excited about the opportunity to lead this fantastic team,” said Mike. “With the talent we have in the building, the sky’s the limit moving forward.” 

Carley Carmichael, Operations Manager, has been promoted to Director of Operations of Ceramex North America, reporting to Mike Wilson, General Manager. Carley joined Ceramex in April of 2023, bringing 10+ years of accounting and operations experience, including the role of Firm Director at Hagan, Tucker, Schmitt & Gintz CPAs. Carley has led the Ceramex team to new production efficiencies while maintaining best-in-class product quality. She has been instrumental in securing new business and improving profit margins. Carley’s experience, commitment to professional growth, and the skills she developed over the years will allow her to excel in this new position. Carley also leads Ceramex’s ownership culture and wellness committees. “I am proud to be part of a team that is united in working toward our goals,” said Carley. “The culture and production changes over the past two years have been incredible, and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for Ceramex.”
