It encouraged locals to decorate with live pumpkins rather than fake and plastic ones. While imitation pumpkins frequently end up in landfills, live pumpkins are biodegradable. According to the City, the pumpkin seeds might be roasted or utilized to plant more pumpkins in gardens.
Halloween masks are frequently single-use items composed of plastic or non-recyclable materials. Masks could be replaced with face paint. Additionally, this could add a playful and imaginative touch.
