Starting next week, the Ecopark used as Monroe County's recycling facility in Chili will reopen.
Starting June 3, the facility will be back open for people to recycle their recyclable items off on Avion Drive.
New restrictions will be in place, including a requirement for all customers to wear a mask or face covering while on the grounds.
Anyone dropping off household hazardous waste or pharmaceutical items will need to let staff members at the Ecopark remove the items. Hazardous waste from households requires an appointment, which can be set up online here.
Hours of operation will be:
- Wednesdays: 1:00-6:30 p.m.
- Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
The Ecopark will be closed on July 4.
