SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): The National Apartment Association (NAA) has announced trash and bulk-hauling waste support services provider Ally Waste as a winner of the 2025 NAA Top Employers Awards.
Four categories make up the awards: three are for management businesses and one is for suppliers. Small firms with fewer than 100 people, medium-sized enterprises with 101–500 employees, and large organizations with more than 500 employees are all represented by the three types of management corporations.

The selection of candidates and winners for different award categories is based on an anonymous poll that gauges employee satisfaction. The survey findings are given to all nominees, which aids firms in better understanding and identifying employee attitude.
Ally Waste CEO James Crawley commented on the accomplishment, saying the company is honored to be named one of NAA's Top Employers. He went on to say that the award is a testament to the team's commitment, diligence, and principles.
NAA President and CEO Bob Pinnegar commended Ally Waste for having a committed staff that prioritizes lifelong learning. The company's accomplishment shows how investing in employees can lead to significant success for businesses.
