Broken Arrow will soon see curbside recycling services for the first time in the city’s history.
The city is gearing up for a new way to pick up your trash and recyclables.
It starts on Monday, October 5.
Residents who live in BA may now have two new carts in their driveways. When you get your bin you need to look inside it.
There’s an important sheet in there that will let you know what day the city will pick up your trash and recycling.
The sheet also gives some helpful tips on what you can and can’t recycle, such as plastic bags. Something else that’ll be different is the frequency of pickups.
Some in BA already have their two new bins: one for trash and a blue one for recycling.
Until next week, the city says do what you’ve been doing, which is put everything in a trash bag or a personal bin.
