The City of Erie will host a tire and electronics recycling event Saturday, May 7.

It runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the City of Erie municipal garage complex at 1926 Holland St.

City residents, which will be asked to show an ID card, can drop off their old, unwanted electronics and up to 6 tires (passenger and light truck) without rims.

TVs, computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, speakers and tablets will be accepted for electronics recycling.
