CPM Announced Grand Opening of New State-of-the-Art Waterloo Facility


SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): CPM Holdings Inc. (CPM) held grand opening of its new state-of-the-art facility in Waterloo, IA. The new facility is intended to serve the animal feed, oilseed, alternative fuel and other industries, said the company news release.

The site is capable of producing a wide variety of equipment including pellet mills, flaking mills, hammermills, roller mills, pellet crumblers and related aftermarket parts. The facility, housed in a 172,960-square-foot building, features a new state-of-the-art testing lab. It provides job opportunities to nearly 177 people.

David Webster, chief executive officer, CPM noted that the impressive new facility will enable the company to maintain its product leadership through development of new products and bring new innovations into the market. He reiterated the company’s commitment to offer the best solutions and service to its customers.

CPM is the undisputed market leader in animal feed and oilseed, and is a leader in the alternative fuels business. The company has had operations in Waterloo since 1938. The company has a global footprint of 40 facilities spread across four continents.
