SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Leading supplier of specialized trash and environmental management solutions, Crystal Clean Inc., announced that it has successfully acquired Premium Environmental Services, Inc. and the joint ventures of YES Management, Inc. and Worldwide Recovery Systems, Inc.

Premium Environmental Services (PES), with its headquarters located in Newburgh, IN, provides garbage disposal and spill response services. Its contractor network offers clients nationwide emergency response coverage around-the-clock.

Waste collection, transportation, and disposal services are offered by Worldwide Recovery Systems (WRS), a Pomona, California-based company that specializes in California and Arizona. In Yuma, Arizona, YES, a branch of WRS, runs a non-hazardous trash transfer station.

The president and CEO of Crystal Clean, Brian Recatto, commented on the news, saying that the company has a lot of opportunity to further its strategic aims. They will assist the business in growing its presence in the eastern and western marketplaces of the United States. "The PES and WRS teams are very welcome to Crystal Clean," he continued.

According to Crystal Clean Chairman Glenn Shor, all three of the acquired companies are a perfect fit for the company's M&A strategy.
