Interstate Waste Services Announced Acquisition of Pinto Service, Inc.


SEATTLE (Recycling Monster):prominent solid trash collection, disposal, and recycling services provider Interstate trash Services, Inc. (IWS) announced the purchase of Pinto Service, Inc., a family-run business that is a prominent waste hauler in New Jersey, and National Transport, Inc.

All of Pinto Service's collection services, transfer station and disposal operations, staff, and fleet of more than 40 collection vehicles will be included into IWS's activities as part of the acquisition.

Another significant turning point in IWS's growth throughout the tristate region has been reached with the acquisition of Pinto Services. It comes after a string of recent strategic acquisitions that the business has made public as part of its previously declared objective to solidify its position as the industry leader. It should be mentioned that IWS recently announced the purchase of a number of businesses, including Marangi Disposal and Oak Ridge Waste & Recycling.

Charlie Pinto, the owner of Pinto, commented on the deal, saying that the alliance is ideal. IWS is committed to providing exceptional customer service and shares its values. He promised that the entire Pinto team would continue to support the company in providing its clients with top-notch services.

"I have a great deal of respect for what the Pinto family has built over the past seven decades," said Michael DiBella, the founder and CEO of IWS.
