SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) announced acquisition of Windsor, VA- based Arrowhead Environmental Services. The transaction is expected to expand SES’s geographic footprints into the Southern Mid-Atlantic market. Furthermore, it will further reinforce SES’s leadership position in the Midwestern and Southeastern U.S.

The acquisition of Arrowhead Environmental Services, which employs nearly 50 people and has around 75 active customers, represents one of the largest acquisitions by SES till date, the company press release said. It must be noted that SES has a total employee count of over 700, operating from nearly 40 facilities located across various U.S. states, including Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, California, Tennessee, and North Carolina.

Commenting on the transaction, Michael D. Luter, President and Founder of Arrowhead noted that he is very excited about the combination of Arrowhead with SES and that he is confident that it will continue to serve the best interests of its valued employees and customers.

John Stevens, Chief Executive Officer of SES stated that the transaction integrates Arrowhead’s exceptional customer base, experienced management team, and dedicated employees to the company.
