The cooperation represents a significant milestone for VLS as it continues to expand its operations throughout North America, according to John Magee, CEO of VLS Environmental Solutions, who commented on the acquisition. He continued by saying that VLS' goal of offering creative waste management solutions aligns well with Samex's leadership position in hazardous waste fuel blending and recycling as well as their dedication to sustainability.
Samex CEO Jesus Ojeda said the company is excited to work with VLS and that the collaboration would enable the company to expand.
Industry insiders say the deal is crucial because it combines VLS's non-hazardous capabilities with Samex's knowledge of hazardous trash.
