This service is registration based and tickets are available per person. While registration is free, items are charged at a cost of $0.35 per pound. Payment can be accepted via cash, check or card.

PRC is utilizing temporary locations throughout Pittsburgh to serve as drop-off locations for residents to bring electronic waste.

All acceptable materials will be weighed, and fees assessed when material is dropped off. PRC reserves the right to refuse any material deemed unacceptable.

• Televisions (all types, including console)
• Printers
• Home Phones & Cell Phones
• Mice & Keyboards
• Servers, Routers & Modems
• DVD Players, VCRs & Stereos
• Copiers & Scanners
• Video Game Consoles
• Electronic Cables
• Freon Appliances
• VHS, DVDs, Cassette tapes
• Batteries
• CPU (towers) & Laptops* accepted at no cost*

We are NOT accepting household hazardous waste (HHW), pharmaceuticals or tires at this collection.
