In Danvers, we are celebrating Earth Day by offering residents a weekend long event where they can recycle a variety of items not collected by curbside pickup! The Town of Danvers Department of Public Works’ Zero Waste Recycling Weekend will be held on May 4 and 5 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the High School parking lot at 60 Cabot Road. 

collect electronic equipment and accessories except for light bulbs, ballasts, and batteries. There are no recycling charges for laptops, keyboards, mice, cables, wires, routers, cell phones, cameras, and small appliances. 

Computer monitors (all sizes) $10

Printers and Copiers $10

Major Appliances (list below)
Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners $25

TV's (all sizes) $30

Stereo Equipment $5/each unit

Small Appliances FREE

Microwaves $10

Other Applinces like stoves, clothes washers, dryers, and dehumidifiers may be disposed of with the Metals at no charge.

(file cabinets, grills, bicycles, hangers, appliances, patio furniture, curtain rods, doors, ironing boards, ladders, etc.) can be dropped off for recycling at no charge.

(trash barrels, buckets, tubs, bins, outdoor furniture, toys, etc.) can be dropped off for recycling at no charge.
