Operation Supervisor
Under the responsibility of the Director of Operations, your primary role will be to plan and oversee battery-crushing operations. You will supervise the operations carried out by your team and provide support to Lithion Technologies by participating in various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft the operations manual;
- Mobilize, develop, and support your team in achieving production targets and guide them in an operational improvement culture (5-10 employees);
- Participate in the implementation and optimization of operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards;
- Daily and weekly planning, coordination, and control of the work to be performed;
- Analyze and correct operational issues;
- Directly involve yourself in operations when necessary;
- Contribute to the development of your team’s skills and assist in training new employees;
- Participate in the new talent acquisition process;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Skills and Profile
- Minimum of 5 years in the industry;
- Minimum of 3 years in an operations supervision position;
- Conscientious personality that is respectful of health and safety rules and measures;
- Curiousness and rigor;
- Positive leadership focused on open and inclusive communication;
- Proactivity;
- Team spirit.
