What You'll Do:
- Master the Yard: From forklifts to the large heavy equipment, you'll operate it all. And you'll help others become masters too.
- Captain of Organization: Keeping our yard in tip-top shape is your mission. Your knack for efficiency will shine as you optimize our material production processes.
- Customer Champion: A friendly attitude is your secret weapon. You'll assist employees, work to meet their needs, and keep them smiling.
- Team Leader: You'll supervise our hardworking crew. Your clear direction and strong work ethic will set the standard.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- General computer skills (specific software training provided).
- A passion for staying organized and getting things done.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical strength to handle up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks.
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, skid loaders, and excavators a plus!
Work Schedule:
- Five days a week, Monday through Friday, day shift
