Nexwaste Announced Acquisition of Three Austin, TX Area Businesses

SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Austin, TX-headquartered Nexwaste LLC has recently purchased three Austin-area waste related businesses. The terms and conditions of the agreements were not disclosed.

In keeping with its expansion strategy, which includes both organic growth and acquisitions, especially in the Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston areas, the acquisitions are a part of a recent string of deals.

Recon Services, a building material waste hauler and recycler, Rockin Disposal, a construction material waste hauling company, and Mobile Magic, a construction material waste transfer station, are the three companies that were bought.

All of the purchased businesses have local leaders in their respective markets as proprietors. Biel went on to say that the business will shortly announce more expansion.

To maintain continuity, Nexwaste declared that the majority of the employees at all of the businesses would be kept on board.
