SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): VLS Environmental Solutions (VLS) announced that it has decided to acquire Virginia-based waste solutions provider Clearfield MMG. The assets will assist VLS in broadening its geographic reach to include the mid-Atlantic.

For thirty years, Clearfield MMG has been a top supplier of solutions. It offers a variety of waste processing and disposal services at its three waste management sites in Virginia. It provides a range of field services, including soil excavation and compliance monitoring, in addition to bulk and drum transportation.

VLS' dedication to provide end-to-end scalable services across a variety of industries is demonstrated by the strategic acquisition. Clearfield's existing reputation and unique approach will be extremely beneficial to the organization, helping it to deliver wide range of customized waste management solutions.
