Oconee Resources operates a Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and Construction & Demolition (C&D) transfer station. It must be noted that Waste Eliminator had recently expanded its commercial hauling business in the South Carolina region. The addition of these assets to its portfolio will drive long-term volume and margin growth, said Kacy Cronan, CEO of Waste Eliminator.

This is Waste Eliminator's eighth acquisition since the private equity firm Allied Industrial Partners acquired it in 2021, and the third in 2025 alone.

Waste Eliminator has had a great start to the new year, according to Bradford Rossi and Philip Wright, co-founders and managing partners at Allied Industrial Partners. The business has expanded quickly in Georgia and the Southeast. They noted that Waste Eliminator's ongoing growth has established them as the leading service provider for both commercial and municipal clients.
