Waste Pro Foresees Another Busy Year of Acquisitions in 2025

SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): During the past year, Waste Pro made up to 15 acquisitions, spending a record $140 million. The company is already seeing a pipeline of possible deals, which might lead to setting a new record in 2025, according to CEO Sean Jennings.

The acquisitions made in the previous year were valuable and brought in $62 million annually. In addition to several hauling operations located around the nation, particularly in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, and Tennessee, these transactions also involved a number of transfer stations and landfills. Additionally, Waste Pro extended the same amount of existing municipal contracts and signed 32 new ones in the previous year.

The aforementioned agreements have aided the business in broadening its geographic reach. Waste Pro's efforts to provide residential services in Kentucky have proven effective. Additionally, it is now Louisiana's leading solid waste and recycling company thanks to the aforementioned agreements. Because of its rapid population increase, the company believes that the South East will be the most active region for contract possibilities and acquisitions in the future.

About 2.5 million clients are served by the company's operations, which span 11 states.
