Meridian Waste Completed Relocation of Goldston Operating Facility


SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Meridian Waste Acquisitions, LLC. announced that it has completed the relocation of its Goldston, N.C. operating facility to Sanford, N.C, approximately 4.5 miles from its earlier location. The relocated facility is at 274-B Cumnock Road, Sanford, N.C. 27330 in Lee County. 

The company has been considering relocating the facility to a larger, modernized facility, in order to cope with its rapid growth in the Piedmont Triad region. The new facility offers larger office space and enhanced infrastructure facilities. It ensures proper storage and maintenance of the collection vehicles. Moreover, the expanded facility promises to offer safer traffic flow.

The company’s strong growth during recent years is mainly attributed to robust sales, several governmental contracts and acquisitions. The major regional acquisitions include those of Pinnacle Waste, LLC and Triad Waste, LLC in 2022 and Carolina Waste Services, LLC and Tin Cans, LLC during the current year.

Patrick Messinger, Area President of North Carolina, Meridian Waste noted that the company has emerged as a key market player in the Triad region of North Carolina. It has invested millions of dollars in people, facilities, equipment and acquisitions over the past several years, he added.
