SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Austin, Texas- headquartered Nexwaste has announced purchase of three Houston area residential waste collection companies. The details of the transactions were not disclosed.
The businesses that were acquired include Farmers Disposal, which provides rolloff dumpster services in addition to collecting residential waste, and the residential waste collection businesses Country Corridor and Samson Disposal.

Nexwaste intends to keep management and other employees from all three businesses in order to maintain business continuity and provide current clients reassurance. In keeping with its growth strategy, the corporation has pledged to ensure the continued success of all three businesses.
For example, Country Corridor's owner, Dean Gorby, will remain as the company's Chief Operating Officer. The CEO of Nexwaste, Walter Biel, stated that the new ownership will make the clients feel at ease. It also plans to retain employees like Dean, who founded industry-leading businesses like County Corridor.
The Texas Triangle—Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio—is the primary focus of Nerxwaste's operations. It has been able to concentrate on one of the fastest-growing areas of the nation because to this tactic.
