Rubicon Technologies Announced CEO Transition


SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Rubicon Technologies, Inc.- the leader in providing technology-based waste and recycling solutions announced CEO transition.

According to company press release, Phil Rodoni will step down as the CEO of the company and as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors with immediate effect. Meanwhile, Rubicon announced appointment of Osman Ahmed, formerly lead independent director on Board, as interim CEO.

Further to his appointment as CEO, Ahmed has stepped down from the Board’s Audit Committee and as lead independent director. He will continue to remain as a member of the Board. In a letter to shareholders, Ahmed said that the company is carrying out an active review of ways to boost efficiency and prioritise programs.

Rodoni stated that it has been a pleasure leading Rubicon for the past several years. Furthermore, he said that he is excited for the company’s future under its new leadership. Meantime, Ahmed thanked Rodoni for his valuable contributions to Rubicon over the past nine years. Also, he expressed great enthusiasm on the value creation opportunity for the company in the near future.

Rodoni has been serving as the CEO of Rubicon since 2022. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Technology Officer from 2015 to 2022.
